Gilding, assembly, enameling… are carefully checked

If despite all our care, a defect had escaped our eyes, we take the responsibility to exchange any defective jewel free of charge within 12 months of the date of purchase
Because we are chic to the end, your satisfaction counts above all!
The 12-month warranty accompanying Chic Alors jewellery only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply in the event of normal wear and tear of the jewel,
the negligence or non-compliance with the care instructions.

Whatever the type of an after-sales demand, the procedure is as follows :

1 / Contact Us :

Go to the ‘Contact’ section of the site and fill out the form
by choosing the ‘After Sales Service’ object from the drop-down menu.

2 / Validation :

We will get back to you as soon as possible
to confirm that your jewellery can benefit from the after-sales service,
to direct you to the best formula
and proceed to payment when it is a paying after-sales service.

3 / Sending your jewel:

If your after-sales service formula is accepted, you may then prepare your package.
Slip in the proof of purchase and the after-sales service coupon that we will have sent you.

Pack your jewellery carefully to protect it!
Always use rigid packaging or a small box.
Jewellery that arrives damaged by its packaging and/or transport will not be accepted by the Chic Alors after-sales service.

We recommend that you ship your jewel by a letter with a tracking number or Collisimo,
secure shipping methods, which you can follow remotely.
Once your package has been sent, please provide us with its tracking number by email: sav@chicalorparis.com.
We will confirm in return once we have received your package.

5 / The Delay :

The total processing time is approximately three to six weeks.
Upon receipt of your package, the jewel is sent to our workshop for repair, before being checked again and then returned to you.

6 / The Return :

Once your jewel is sent backed to you, we will send you an email with information relating to the shipment, as well as the online tracking number of the parcel.
You have no shipping costs to pay for the return of your jewel.
